Our Property Management Software/Quicbooks Interface was developed to help enhance your Hotel or Properties Daily Accounting Operations, Daily Audit Reconcilliation, and Importing of all transactions from Guest Tracker Hotel Software. The Pre-definition setup process for all GL accounts, Contra accounts, and date control will allow full flexibility in the way you would like to import data to your back office accounting system. Added functionality in our latest release allows exports to other import formats including, Excel, comma delimited, and CSV file formats. Import into pre-defined worksheets, and import summary data by GL Account and date ranges as well. Balance your daily transactions and interface with any Back Office System.

The Guest Tracker/QB account assignment process module will assist you with Conversion table. Control Active acounts, and reversal contra accounts. This is your mapping to your accouting systems, and then the way your need to extract information from Guest Tracker.
