Support
Guest Tracker offers 2 Basic support contracts. As a new user purchasing the software for the first time you are entitled to support for software installation and initial setup for 30 days. Emergency Support Services are for Properties that have no Support contract and need emergency assistence. A new Support Contract needs to be purchased to receive emergency service. Level 2 and Level 3 support plans can be purchased to give users more extensive support options to meet their comfort level.
