Guest Tracker offers 3 types of support contracts. As a new user purchasing the software for the first time you are entitled to support for software installation and initial setup for 30 days. Level 1 Software updates only support only will entitle you to software updates for 1 year. Level 2 and Level 3 support plans can be purchased to give users more extensive support options to meet their comfort level.
